app-happy.jp（以下「運営者」）は、アプリケーション「SHIRO」（以下「本アプリ」）におけるユーザーの情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。

This policy explains how app-happy.jp (the "Operator") handles your information in the "SHIRO" application (the "App").

1. 収集する情報

本アプリは、アカウント登録を必要とせず、氏名・メールアドレス等の個人情報を運営者が収集・保存することはありません。

The App requires no account and the Operator does not collect or store personal information such as your name or email address.

2. 位置情報

本アプリは、現在地の天気を城の風景に反映する目的でのみ、端末の位置情報を利用します。位置情報（緯度・経度）は天気データの取得のために気象サービス（Open-Meteo）へ送信されますが、運営者のサーバーに保存されることはありません。位置情報の利用はいつでも端末の設定から無効にでき、その場合は各城の所在地の天気が表示されます。

The App uses your device location solely to show your local weather on the castle scene. Coordinates are sent to the weather service (Open-Meteo) to fetch weather data and are never stored on the Operator's servers. You can disable location access at any time in Settings; the App will then show the weather at each castle's location instead.

3. 購入情報

アプリ内課金は Apple の App Store を通じて処理されます。運営者がクレジットカード情報等の決済情報を取得することはありません。サブスクリプション等の購入状態の管理のため、購入レシート情報が RevenueCat, Inc. のサービスにより処理されます。詳細は RevenueCat のプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。

In-app purchases are processed by Apple's App Store; the Operator never receives your payment details. Purchase receipts are processed by RevenueCat, Inc. to manage subscription status.

4. 利用する第三者サービス

• Open-Meteo — 天気データの取得（送信される情報: 緯度・経度）
• RevenueCat — 課金状態の管理（処理される情報: 購入レシート、匿名の端末識別子）

本アプリは広告を表示せず、広告目的のトラッキングや行動追跡を行いません。アプリのトラッキング透明性（ATT）の対象となる追跡は行っていません。

The App shows no ads and performs no tracking for advertising purposes.

5. 情報の第三者提供

運営者は、法令に基づく場合を除き、ユーザーの情報を第三者に提供しません。
